The college needed a scalable, future-focused website that could serve as a central hub for both students and staff. Our goal was to create a platform that would simplify course navigation, support region-specific information, and allow the internal team to take control of updates without requiring technical support.
The new website had to support the complexity of a multi-campus structure while remaining easy to use. It also needed to distinguish clearly between domestic and international student journeys, support accessibility requirements, and look credible and professional at every touchpoint.

The Project

The existing website fell short in both scalability and user-friendliness. Course pages were cluttered with an overwhelming amount of information, making navigation a frustrating experience. Users struggled to find essential filters for location, intake dates, or eligibility criteria, leaving them feeling lost and overwhelmed. This confusion was compounded by the fact that domestic and international students were presented with identical content, which led to repeated questions and an influx of unnecessary support requests.

Meanwhile, the internal team faced constant challenges. Simple tasks, such as updating a course name or adjusting a timetable, demanded technical assistance, causing delays and frustration. For a college managing a diverse array of courses across multiple campuses and varying timeframes, this dependency on technical help was simply unsustainable.

Ultimately, the website had transformed from a helpful resource into a significant obstacle. It was evident that it needed more than just a fresh design; it required a fundamental rethinking of its structure and functionality to effectively serve its users.

The Solution

We designed and developed a modular, multi-campus WordPress platform that enables the college to manage its operations centrally while customizing content for different locations and audience types.

At the core of the platform is a dynamic course database, allowing staff to easily update course details, manage campus-specific variations, and adjust intake schedules through a user-friendly backend. To enhance scheduling efficiency, we implemented a custom timetable management system integrated directly into the platform.

Recognizing the distinct needs of domestic and international audiences, we created dedicated landing pages and user journeys tailored to each group. The content is relevant, clear, and structured around the key decisions that students need to make. Additionally, the entire site was developed with accessibility in mind, meeting WCAG 2.1 standards to ensure usability for all users.

We prioritized mobile responsiveness throughout the design, enabling prospective students to browse, filter, and make inquiries confidently from any device.
